FLORA POLICE REPORT 4/8/25 Flora
Police Chief Jeremy Ruger released the following activity report on Monday. On
Monday, March 31st at 11:45 am, Flora Police investigated a traffic
crash involving Traci L. Stanley, 56 of Flora, driving a 2012 Ford and the
parked 2006 Nissan belonging to Christina A. Mullens of Flora. No injuries
were reported, and no citations were issued. On
Monday, March 31st at 1:15 pm, Flora Police arrested Nicole R.
Logan, 44 of Flora for Disorderly Conduct following an incident in the 200 block
of East 12th Street. Logan was transported to the Flora Police
Department where she underwent booking procedures. She was released with a
Notice to Appear. On
Monday, March 31st at 3:50 pm, Flora Police investigated a traffic
crash involving a 16-year-old female of Flora, driving a 2008 Chrysler and a
17-year-old male of Flora, driving a 2015 Jeep at the intersection of East
North Avenue and North State Street. No injuries were reported, and no
citations were issued. On
Tuesday, April 2nd at 7:35 am, Flora Police investigated a traffic
crash involving a 17-year-old female of Xenia, driving a 2005 Chevrolet and
William H. Wyman, 79 of Xenia, driving a 2004 Buick in the 800 block of East
North Avenue. No injuries were reported, and no citations were issued. On
Thursday, April 3rd at 3:30 pm, Flora Police arrested Lizet
Rodriguez, 19 of Flora for Battery following an altercation in the 500 block of
East North Avenue. Rodriguez was transported to the Flora Police Department
where she underwent booking procedures. She was later released with a Notice
to Appear. On
Friday, April 4th at 4:41 am, Flora Police arrested Dimitrius L.
Bell, 38 of Flora for Criminal Trespass to a Residence and Criminal Damage to
Property following an incident in the 1000 block of East 3rd Street.
Bell was transported to the Flora Police Department where he underwent booking
procedures. He was later transported to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. On
Sunday, April 6th at 12:14 pm, Flora Police arrested Misty G.
Kistner, 53 of Flora for Retail Theft following an incident in the 1500 block
of North Worthey Street. Kistner was transported to the Flora Police
Department where she underwent booking procedures and was later released with a
Notice to Appear. All
persons are merely accused of the charges against them and are presumed
innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
