CLAY COUNTY SHERIFF’S ACTIVITY REPORT (4/11/25) Clay County Sheriff Andy Myers presented his monthly
activity report during Thursday’s Clay County Board meeting. In the Report for
March, the Sheriff’s Office issued a total of 18 Traffic Citations, made 29
Criminal Arrests and served 32 various Civil Papers. A total of 23,599 miles
were driven by Sheriff’s personnel during the month. 29 persons were processed through the Clay County Jail
during March. There were 10 inmates in jail at the beginning of the month and 9
in jail at the end of the month. The average daily jail population was 12. Also, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office received a total of $2,367
during the month. This includes: Civil Process $1,007 E Citations $ 10 Cash Bond Received $ 750 Sheriff Sales $ 600 The Sheriff’s Office handled approximately 491 complaints, 85
of which originated in Louisville and 87 in Clay City. The Sheriff’s Office
conducted 29 Criminal Investigations and 15 Accident Investigations during March.
